So I "had" to buy again and bought a 701. I found nothing I wanted to buy (given my farkle experience with the 690) not being available. The frame has greatly improved steering angles, the tank is larger, the suspension is taller (and better). Proven high performance motor. The 690 rally bike kits took several years to develop. KTM Twins is just a middleman and has nothing to do with the manufacturing of the product. All of Dottori's kits that I have seen had a pretty cool design, but the fiberglass pieces cannot be used as is (no smooth gelcoat finish), and the mounting and support systems were weak and poorly made.
