From the posted info I can see that you have an older Huawei P8 Lite ALE-L21, the newer one Huawei P8 Lite 2017 is a different model PRA-LX1. For your phone model there is a free bootloader unlock method but it's quite complex. Giving the fact that you are a Linux user, I think you can make it work. Have a look here and good luck!
